I'm very tired tonight, so I will just report that my weight today is 212 pounds. That's about right. My understand is that losing more than about two pounds a week can be a little hazardous, so I am content with this. It does make me wonder, though, if I will need to restrict my calories further as I get closer to my goal weight or if I stall at some point. Not really an issue at this point, though.
